ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Vicki Hanks serves as Senior Manager in Silver Oak Advisors’ San Antonio office, where she oversees operational execution and multi-jurisdictional property tax administration for national portfolios. She plays a central role in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and seamless client service delivery across complex valuation and compliance engagements.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Mrs. Hanks has more than 30 years of experience in the ad valorem tax industry. Her leadership spans project research, administration, operations management, financial oversight, and client services. She is instrumental in maintaining data integrity across large-scale portfolios and coordinating information flow among taxing authorities, internal teams, and clients.

Prior to joining Silver Oak Advisors, Mrs. Hanks served as Senior Vice President of Administration at Assessment Technologies for more than 25 years. Earlier in her career, she worked in the title industry in escrow operations and as a Plant Manager, where she developed a strong technical foundation in property records and transactional processes.

Throughout her career, Mrs. Hanks has contributed to the development and beta testing of proprietary software and integrated tax management systems. She oversees data collection from numerous county and state agencies and plays a key role in managing integrated tax systems and the firm’s proprietary client portal.
