Jamie Johnson serves as Manager in Silver Oak Advisors’ San Antonio office, where she supports multi-state property tax compliance and valuation engagements across a broad range of asset classes. She works with clients in real estate, business personal property, automotive leasing, retail, and technology, providing analytical support and disciplined oversight to ensure accurate reporting and timely compliance.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Ms. Johnson brings extensive experience managing both real and personal property tax matters across complex, multi-jurisdictional portfolios. She is known for her attention to detail, process efficiency, and ability to navigate state and county-level requirements while mitigating risk and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining Silver Oak Advisors, Ms. Johnson spent nine years with Rooms To Go, where she advanced from IT Administrative Supervisor to Tax Accountant. In her final role, she assumed full responsibility for real and personal property tax compliance for a nationwide portfolio of assets, overseeing reporting, filings, and the timely payment of tax liabilities across multiple jurisdictions.

Ms. Johnson is highly proficient in leading property tax software platforms, including OneSource and PTMS, as well as internal reporting systems that support portfolio-scale administration.
